Synopsis: International human resource management looks at the personnel function of international business. Based on the premise that people are assets of an organisation, this subject evaluates the difficulties of managing an international workforce, particularly the similarities and differences between domestic HRM and HRM on a global scale.

Assessment: Written (2500 words and 4000 words): 60% + Examination (2 hours): 40%
