Synopsis: This subject examines the process of organisation change within the theoretical frameworks or organisation culture, power and leadership. It examines the major schools of thought concerning the management of change, and analyses change processes used in organisations.
Assessment: Written (two assignments of 1500 words and 2000 words): 15% and 25% + Examination (2 hours): 60%
