6 points + 2-hour lecture and 1-hour tutorial per week + Second semester + Clayton + Summer semester, six-week block mode, one day per week + Prerequisites: MGC1020, MGC1030 and any four second-year subjects from the program or permission + One day per week over six weeks block mode

Synopsis: This subject examines the process of organisation change within the theoretical frameworks or organisation culture, power and leadership. It examines the major schools of thought concerning the management of change, and analyses change processes used in organisations.

Assessment: Written (two assignments of 1500 words and 2000 words): 15% and 25% + Examination (2 hours): 60%
