6 points + One 3-hour clinic session per week + Clayton + Prerequisite: LAW5120 or LAW5216

Synopsis: Students will enrol in one of three clinics: sexual assault, family law or forensic psychology and sentencing. Under supervision, students will interview clients, provide legal advice and prepare the relevant tribunal or court applications. In appropriate cases students may appear for their clients before the relevant tribunal.

Assessment: Casework at Clinic according to criteria available from coordinator: 80% + Written report: 20%
