8 points + First or second semester + In country only + Prerequisites: ITA1020, ITA1080 or equivalent

Synopsis: An approved semester-length subject or an intensive language program at an Ialian teaching institution. Placement arrangements will be made through the department, which has links with the universities of Florence, Bologna, Perugia and Siena, and at other approved institutions in Italy.

Assessment: Students will be required to bring back all written work for assessment
