Synopsis: This subject teaches knowledge and skills essential to the management of information content in intranet environments within the broader context of global networks. It focuses on principles, processes and tools for the creation, organisation, categorisation, storage, retrieval and dissemination of a range of information types to meet user requirements in a variety of different organisational and social contexts.

Assessment: Portfolio: 20% + Assignments: 40% + Examination: 40% + Students must pass the examination to successfully complete the subject.
