Design of plant, machinery, equipment, buildings and structures to improve maintainability and reliability and reduce lifecycle costs. Terotechnology aspects of engineering economics and accountancy, including risk analysis. Cost of using and maintaining assets. Asset purchase and replacement policies concerned with decisions to buy or replace major units of plant.
