Synopsis: Topics include electromagnetism - electric fields and potential, capacitance, resistance, magnetic fields; waves - origin and properties of mechanical, sound and light waves; conduction - conduction mechanisms in gases, liquids and solids; and the thermal and thermoelectric properties of solid materials
Assessment: Examination: 80% + Laboratory: 20%
