The Landscape: Natural and Built Environment

Synopsis: This course will introduce the history and development of landscape representation, and through practical exercises will acquaint students with a visual vocabulary to meet their expressive needs. The subject will enable students to render the diverse moods of natural and built environment landscapes under a variety of lighting conditions and to convey the complexity of this genre.
