Synopsis: The planning and reporting stages of the research program leading to the team report including a workshop program on data collection and analysis, research brief preparation and report writing. The team report must be presented on time and no extension will be considered.

Assessment: 20 points: 1998 students - Assessment of personal and team participation in the research process (2000 words): 8% + One 2000-word paper on /social construction0 of team project: 12% + One1500-word paper on critique of /systems/social construction0: 7% + Two 20-minute seminar presentations: 8% + Project report (5000 words): 55% + Class participation: 10%. 24 points: pre-1998 students - Project brief and public presentation of brief (1000 words): 10% + Assessment of personal and team participation in the research process (2000 words): 6% + One 2000-word paper on /social construction0 of team project: 8% + One 2000-word paper on critique of /systems/social construction0: 8% + 2x20-minute seminar presentations: 8% + Project report (5000 words): 50% + Class participation: 10%
