The linkages between IT and key operational systems in the business environment. Assessment of how rapid changes in the internal and external environment have transformed work roles and career management strategies. The growing importance of managing with ethics electronic commerce. The impact and role of information technology on control in the business environment. Leadership and management for electronic commerce professionals. Analysis of organisational structures, human resource management systems, organisational culture and leadership practices.
