Synopsis: The process of collaborative consultation in organisations. Principles and policies of integration and inclusion in the contexts of education and human services, the role of leadership in the change process, professionals as agents of change in collaborative partnerships and strategies to support the facilitation of change.

Assessment: Major and minor assignments (4000 and 2000 words): 80% + Class presentation: 20%
