Synopsis: Recent trends in the organisation, financing and delivery of adult education and training programs. New approaches to educational project management, leadership and teamwork. Development of knowledge, skills and techniques for planning, managing, financing and evaluating adult education and training projects in workplace and community settings.

Assessment: Tasks to be negotiated but written material equivalent to 5000 words + Minor assignment: 30% + Major assignment: 70%
