Synopsis: This subject provides opportunities for participants to review and improve key aspects of their work as adult educators. The concepts and techniques associated with action research and reflective practice are examined and applied. Participants undertake a work-based action research project, and engage in individual and collaborative processes of reflection and peer review within a supportive framework

Assessment: All tasks negotiated but equivalent to 4,000 words: 1: Reflective journal (40%) 1,500 words (objectives 1-2) 2: Project evaluation report (60%) 2,500 words (objectives 1-2)
