Synopsis: Principles of electrostatics, electric conduction, magnetostatics, electromagnetic induction, capacitance, resistance, self-inductance and mutual inductance. Spatial distribution of electric and magnetic fields in simple devices; lumped circuit parameters C, R, L and M. Energy and forces associated with the fields. Maxwell0s equations and associated constitutive and continuity relations.
