Synopsis: The theory of demand and supply and market equilibrium, firm0s production and costs, behaviour in competitive markets, strategies in imperfectly competitive markets. An introduction to macroeconomics.

Assessment: Mid-semester test: 30% + Examinations (2 hours): 70%
