Synopsis: The potential of computers to generate images for use in particular forms of expression such as print, video and CD ROM. Students select the ways of forming, modifying and enhancing two dimensional images and the appropriate computer hardware and software usage. The use of 2D imaging programs for drawing, colour and visual texture control and manipulation, image layering, masking, composing and 2D animation.
