Synopsis: VLSI technology: A MOSFET transistor. A CMOS inverter and its diagrammatic representations. Basic CMOS technology. Design methodologies: Full-custom, standard cells, gate arrays, sea-of gates. Case designs: Integrated-Circuit Design Tools. Hardware description languages.
