6 points + One 2 hour lecture and one 1-hour tutorial per week + First semester, Clayton + Prohibitions: ETC2480 or ETC3480

Synopsis: Methods used in Simulation. Simulation models currently used in industry and commerce. Practical applications and case studies. Students are provided with appropriate computer software to develop their own models.

Assessment: Examination (2 hours): 70% + Assignment: 30% + Students must pass the examination in order to pass the subject.
