Synopsis: How the body maintains a constant environment for its cells and tissues through the integrated functions of the cardiovascular, renal, respiratory, gastrointestinal and neuroendocrine systems. Adaptation to changes in the external environment and to disease states will be addressed. The subject will be presented through involvement of students in lectures, practical classes, and assignments.

Assessment: Examination 40% + Assignment 20% + Continuous by reports and tests 40%
