Synopsis: Topics include dividend policy capital structure and financing decisions, leasing as a source of finance, measurement and use of the cost of capital, management of fixed interest investments, futures and options, mergers and acquisitions, international financial management, initial public offerings.

Assessment: Mid-semester test: 20% + Examination (3 hours): 80%
