Synopsis: Introduction to the basic concepts of computer systems, information systems and business software that are relevant to accounting applications. Students will gain experience in basic computer programming using database and spreadsheet software.

Assessment: Written (two computer-based assignments): 40% + Examination (3 hours): 60%
