Professional accreditation

For the information of potential graduates the Unit of Radiography and Medical Imaging is currently engaged in completing the process of course accreditation with the Professional Accreditation and Education Board of the AIR. The course is designed so that graduates will be eligible for a Statement of Accreditation from the AIR upon graduation. Possession of the Statement of Accreditation confers upon the graduate the right to work as a radiographer throughout Australia and apply to overseas registration boards and professional societies for recognition.
