Synopsis The subject promotes understanding of
aboriginal concepts of health, the cultural, social, historical, economic and
political context of aboriginal health today, a framework for understanding the
health profiles of aboriginal people today, develops an awareness of the issues
in cross-cultural interactions and examines current health policies and
community controlled health services.
Special requirements Access to personal computer facilities and modem is
desirable but not essential. Residential attendance is not required.
