Objectives Students who successfully complete this subject should have the capacity and skills to carry out independent legal research and writing in relation to an approved topic and undertake research in accordance with an approved program.
Synopsis This subject involves a program of individual research and writing on a topic and pursuant to a proposal which has been approved by the dean. The program will be undertaken by the student under supervision during one semester and will result in a paper normally not exceeding 7000-9000 words in length.
