Beginning Indonesian, part 2

This is the continuation of ´Beginning Indonesian part 1' and follows a similar format. Students are given an historical background to Indonesia through the development of its language. The work sheets continue to develop proficiency in basic communication tasks such as negotiating travel plans, seeking medical help and dealing with correspondence. However greater emphasis is placed on an Indonesian setting. Students are required to attend a two day weekend school ( total 10 hours ) where listening and speaking skills will be given emphasis. Students who can not attend may negotiate the use of their own tutor for the same amount of hours near their place of residence after consultation with the subject adviser.
