Environmental science 1

This subject introduces students to some of the basic natural systems and structures of the earth's environment. The underlying ecological, geological and climatological processes are explored. Major themes include the nature of environmental change and the human impact. The scale varies from global to regional and local processes. The focus is on the Australasian region, but relevant examples are taken from the global environment.
