Objectives On completion of this subject students should be able to understand accounting and corporate treasury issues including international and domestic bonds; dual currency-bonds and FRNs; commercial paper and other negotiable instruments; hybrid instruments; letters of credit; trade finance instruments and risk reduction methods; interest rate and currency swaps; interest rate and currency options; other option products such as caps, floors and collars.
