Objectives On the completion of this subject students should have developed familiarity with current research in empirical finance.
Synopsis This subject provides a study of a select range of topics relating to banking and finance and may include market efficiency, behavioural finance, asset pricing theories, international banking and finance, options theory and productivity and performance in financial institutions, international trade and foreign direct investment.
Assessment Assignments: 40% · Examination (3 hours): 60%
