You have the right to seek redress if you believe that you have been treated
unfairly. If you have a complaint concerning, for example, academic or
administrative decisions, the behaviour of staff, the quality of teaching or
the provision of university services, you should initially discuss it with one
of the following: the appropriate head of the administrative unit, the faculty
deputy registrar, a member of the Equal Opportunity Office or the university
counselling service, or a student association officer.
Please refer to the Student resource guide 1999 for the Monash
University policy on student academic grievances.
