At present (subject to a quota in LAW1100 Legal process) students may complete a minor sequence in subjects from the Faculty of Law, and in addition may complete further specified law subjects to the value of twenty-four credit points at third-year level provided such subjects are credited to and required for the BA degree.
Students
who enrol for the combined BA/LLB will be required to complete the following
sequence of law subjects to be credited to both degrees in accordance with the
prescription for the combined BA/LLB degrees.
Students normally take LAW1100 (Legal process 100) and LAW3300 (Criminal
law and procedure 300) (twelve points each) in their first year followed
at second-year level by LAW2200 (Torts 200) (twelve points) and at
third-year level by LAW2100 (Contract 200) and LAW3400 (Property 300)
(twelve points each).
