Objectives On successful completion of this subject students should be able toexpress themselves on a variety of topics in both speaking and writing and as well as comprehending reading texts.Students should also have acquired the accent and the accuracy of spoken Thai.
Synopsis The speaking component deals with a similar range of topics to previous Thai courses but students will be able to express themselves more completely and naturally. The reading component expands exceptions and irregularities in reading rules. Reading skill and dictionary skill at this point means that students will be able to undertake significant self-study. The reading content focuses on Thai life and culture. Students will write compositions on topics introduced in the reading component.
Assessment Examination (2 hours): 40% -Oral examination: 30% -Assignments and classwork: 30%
