Objectives Students, upon completing this subject, should have acquired advanced theoretical and methodological knowledge relevant to their honours research project.

Synopsis This subject will cover such general topics as the history and methodology of research in Slavic linguistics, as well as more specific subjects such as Slavic inflection, lexicology and syntax. The choice of topics will depend on the student's background and research orientation.
