Objectives As for SCY2990 with the additional outcome of a more extensive understanding and application of theoretical ideas relevant to representation in film, literature and oral history/testimony.

Synopsis As for SCY2990.

Assessment Essay (1500 words): 30% Group project (3500 words): 50% Oral seminar presentation (1000 words equivalent): 20% Third-year students will be required to put greater emphasis on the theoretical issues relevant to understanding representations of the Holocaust. This expectation will be reflected in the marking criteria for both the written essay and the oral presentation.
