Objectives As for JPS2530 with the additional objective that students should apply the knowledge gained in other Japanese studies subjects to the issues addressed in the course.

Synopsis As for JPS2530.

Assessment 2 essays (2000 words each): 60% - One examination (2 hours): 40% - Third-year students will be expected to complete work of a higher standard.
