Reading German texts II

Objectives This subject builds upon the skills and knowledge gained in GRN2055.

Synopsis A reading course which introduces students to a variety of German literary texts and discourse forms, primarily from the postwar period. The texts are arranged thematically under the headings 'conflict', 'being different' and 'East and West Germany'.

Assessment Written (1500 words): 40% - Examination (2 hours): 60%
