The Student Services Division is one of five administrative divisions and comprises five branches: Student Admissions and Records; Student Relations and Inquiries; Examinations and Certification; Community Services; Language and Learning Services.
The notes that follow here refer generally to the procedures and services appropriate to Student Admissions and Records, Student Relations and Inquiries, and Examinations and Certification.
Information about the various departments of the Community Services Branch and the Language and Learning Services Branch may be found elsewhere in this handbook.
It should be noted that the information contained in this section does not in every respect apply to distance education students. Variations in procedures will be communicated to distance education students as necessary.
