As well as end-of-semester examinations in various subjects, a large number of coursework components are assessed throughout the year. These coursework components include a combination of integrative case-history studies, family case-study reports, tutorial assessment, assignment work, and the clinical and communication skills workbook. The end-of-semester examinations may consist of multiple-choice questions, short-answer questions, longer essay-style questions, problem-solving tasks and a viva voce exam.
