General

Agribusiness includes all private firms, public agencies and statutory marketing authorities that bring food and fibre products to consumers or industrial customers.

This course provides applied and practical marketing and management training, including analytical and decision-making skills, for people working within agribusiness. It also develops students skills in project research work.

Entrance requirements

Applicants need to have completed, with an average grade of credit or above, either an honours degree in the discipline or the Graduate Diploma in Agribusiness or equivalent qualification from a recognised tertiary institution.

Duration

The Master of Business (Agribusiness) is normally completed in two semesters of full-time study or four semesters of part-time study.

Mode of offering

The course is offered as a series of sixteen intensive five-day residential sessions on-campus at the Peninsula campus.
