handbooks for those faculties for details of these programs. Details of the
TAFE associate diploma and diploma courses may be obtained from Casey Institute
of TAFE.
The Faculty of Business and Economics is responsible for the administration of
the Bachelor of Business and the Bachelor of Tourism courses. The Bachelor of
Business subjects offered at the Berwick campus are taught by staff from the
Gippsland campus and the information relating to these subjects is in the
Gippsland section of this handbook.
The Bachelor of Tourism and Bachelor of Business degrees at Berwick may
be undertaken only as part of a double degree or double award program. In
double degree programs, studies are undertaken in two different degrees at the
same time, enabling the student to graduate eventually with two degrees (eg
Bachelor of Business and Bachelor of Tourism). In double award programs studies
are undertaken with Monash University for a degree and with Casey Institute of
TAFE for a diploma or associate diploma, enabling the student to graduate
eventually with a university degree and a TAFE qualification (eg Monash
Bachelor of Tourism and Casey Associate Diploma of Business (Marketing)).
