Objectives This subject aims to equip students with the knowledge and skills to investigate administrative functions and to identify the roles of administrators and managers in providing and maintaining efficient and effective administrative systems, processes and procedures. Students will be able to apply these in planning, implementation and control, and in developing administrative environments appropriate to their employing organisations.
Synopsis The subject aims to provide students with an understanding of contemporary issues in relation to administrative functions. It addresses the various skills required by administrators dealing with organisational issues into the next century.
Assessment Assignments (4000 words): 50%
