Objectives On completion of this subject students should have developed an understanding of the principles of management, the manager's concerns with organisation structure, and the flow of information within decision-making centres; knowledge of information systems, the tools and techniques for making decisions and administering the matters for which managers are responsible; an understanding of behavioural factors affecting accomplishments of the organisation's objectives.
Synopsis Topics include lectures and seminars on the principles of management; the management concern with organisation structure and the flow of information within decision-making centres; decision analysis tools and techniques
