Objectives This subject builds upon the skills and knowledge gained in GRN1115.
Synopsis Part 1 Language: syllabus, assessment and textbooks: as for GRN1115 part 1. Part 2 German social and cultural history from the First World War to the present day: an introduction to the history and culture of German-speaking countries from the First World War to the present day.
Assessment Examinations (3 hours): 75%
