Synopsis Students who have performed satisfactorily in the prerequisite subjects may pursue advanced studies leading to the degree Bachelor of Science with honours. Lecture courses are selected from fourth-year science and materials engineering subjects; their combined weighting will be equivalent to six physics fourth-year units. Selection of units will be in conjunction and with the approval of the coordinator. Advanced materials synthesis will normally be compulsory.
