Objectives To provide a thorough understanding of operating system
concepts on main-frame and PC environments, their tools, facilities and
usages.
Synopsis Operating systems concepts for both single-user and multi-user
environments and multi-tasking applications. Process management, memory
management, security and file systems. Systems to be covered may include UNIX,
DOS, OS/2 and Windows NT.
