Objectives The student is expected to develop an understanding of safety and management approaches and of legal requirements and industrial relations issues in chemical engineering practice.

Synopsis A course on the safety, environmental, industrial relations, legal and ethical issues influencing management in the process industries.

Assessment Examinations: 80% + Assignments: 20%
