Objectives At the completion of this subject students should have been exposed to an example of their future working environment; be able to tackle real-life problems; have developed a self-reliant attitude against a background of business pressure; and have increased their ability to assimilate information quickly and dispense it clearly and unambiguously.

Synopsis This subject will involve a significant body of work at an appropriate professional and intellectual level.

Assessment A written report, oral presentation, and satisfactory completion of tasks assigned during the period of industry-based learning. Classification will be pass or fail.
