Objectives The broad aims of this two-semester subject are to broaden and extend the area of study commenced in the graduate diploma program and to provide students with an opportunity to do substantive research in a business area of special interest to them within their field of specialisation.

Synopsis The research is conducted and written up under supervision of an appropriate member of staff. Students who have completed this subject should be able to prepare and write a research report in an advanced area of interest and apply the knowledge, concepts, tools and techniques acquired in other subjects in the program to a business-oriented research project.
