Objectives Upon completion of this subject, students will be able to recognise the need for concern with competitiveness in an increasingly challenging business environment; identify the areas of a firm's activities from which competitive advantage may originate; and appreciate that, in a dynamic business environment, the factors which confer a competitive advantage may change quickly.
Synopsis This subject is the first of two in issues in competitive advantage, normally taken in the final year of the business masters by coursework degrees.
