Retail internship

Objectives On completion of this subject students should have an understanding of the practical application of principles and concepts, including obstacles to their effective implementation; develop confidence in carrying out projects and tasks in the `real life' environment of a retail business; address new situations and problems in a thoughtful and innovative way.

Synopsis Students will undertake a project within a retail organisation and submit a report comprising an analysis of the retail organisation and recommendations flowing from the project as agreed with the host company.
