Objectives On completion of this subject students should have an understanding of the basic elements of the logistics unit; be able to explain the role of logistics elements within the marketing process; use basic logistics techniques to solve logistics management problems.

Synopsis Customer service, involving management to central warehouse operations and management, packaging, transport operations and management, logistics information systems, supply management.

Assessment Syndicate report and presentation: 40% + Examination (3 hours): 60%
